Here it is already June. I hope you're enjoying the summer and taking advantage of being able to be outdoors without all the gear we need in the winter months.

We have a new Access class on the schedule. It will be held here at Healthy Connections on July 18 from 11AM to 5PM. Please visit http://www.bodytalksystem.com to read more about this class and to register. If you have any questions, please feel free to give me a call.

Also, Yoga will be suspended for the summer months with plans to resume in the fall.

We still have our Release Technique group that meets here every Thursday morning from 10 am to 12 noon. If you are a releaser, please feel free to join our group. You can learn more about releasing at http://www.releasetechnique.com.

We are also very excited to announce that Dr. John Velthiem, the founder of the BodyTalk System will be coming to Fairfield, Iowa in September to teach his new class, Finding Health; Mapping the Healing Process. If you go to http://www.bodytalksystem.com and click on the videos tab, you will see a list of videos including an 18 minute video explaining this class. This is a rare opportunity to have the founder visiting our state and I highly recommend his class as it is open to the public. He will be giving a public lecture on Wednesday, September 23.
